SCC APC Business Removal Services

Surrey County Council (SCC) requires a business removal service on a call-off basis. As this is a Corporate Contract it will be mandatory to all departments of SCC to use this arrangement.

SCC cannot and will not commit or guarantee to a stated volume of work, but will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the successful Supplier is utilised for all its Removal Services during the term of the framework agreement.

A maximum of one Supplier will be appointed for the framework agreement and call off contracts will be issued against the framework for the work required.

Period of Framework Agreement - 2 years

Possible Extension Period of Framework Agreement - 1 year plus 1 year

Period of Call off Contract for SCC - 2 years

Possible Extension Period of Call off Contract for SCC - 1 year plus 1 year
