NOTE: This notice was updated on 21 August 2022 for the following reason: Please note that we have extended the tender submission deadline from 02/09/22 14:00 to 08/09/22 14:00(This project aims to re-characterise the relationship between freight locomotive tractive effort and permitted trailing load, replacing lost knowledge with new guidance that can be shared and further developed by industry)
