Manchester Metropolitan University (referred to in this document as "the University", "we" "our" or "Us") is seeking to appoint through a competitive tender process a suitably qualified and experienced provider of Paper and Print Consumables.

Manchester Metropolitan Print Services offer an in-house print service for the staff and students at the University and for external customers the University wishes to appoint a supplier to provide paper and print consumables to support this. The contract will be owned by The Facilities Team, who look after all the requirements for various printing machines around the University and manage stocks accordingly. In addition to the print service operation detailed above, Facilities also support the large fleet of multi-function devices across the campus managed by the IT and Digital (ITD) department. It is essential that paper stocks are supplied to demand with delivery to multiple locations across our university estate.
