Request for Information Alternative Provider Medical Services

NHS England Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership and NHS Bury CCG wish to engage with the market to gather soft market testing in order to gain a better understanding of the level and interest in the external market and information gathering from those interested providers. We are asking the market to complete a Request for Information (RFI)

NHS Bury CCG is proposing to commission x 2 Alternative Provider Medical Services contracts which are currently delivered from Rock Healthcare: Moorgate Primary Care Health Centre, 22 Derby Way, Bury, BL9 ONJ.

The RLC Surgery: Star Suite Radcliffe Primary Care Centre, 69 Church Street, West Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2SP.

The aim of the services are to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients of each practice

Any organisations who wish to provide a response to the RFI are requested to complete and return their response by 12:00 on 22.4.2016
