Hard and Soft FM services

Neller Davies, acting on behalf of its client, is gathering interest from suitable suppliers involving a potential future procurement exercise for a healthcare organisation based in Norwich. A new 3,000 sq m building is being constructed and will be opening early 2025. The new centre is to provide a broad range of elective diagnostics (including checks, scans and tests) away from acute facilities, so reducing pressure on hospitals, providing quicker access to tests and greater convenience to patients.

We are seeking a partner to deliver Hard and Soft FM services (excluding catering and portering). It is critical that the service provider has a good cultural fit and has the professional and technical competence to deliver the services. The opportunity is open to SME's, corporates, not-for-profit organisations with a focus on supporting the Norfolk and Norwich business communities.

We are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of FM services to provide planned and reactive cleaning and maintenance services to the new centre including M&E, HVAC, Fabric, Statutory & Mandatory compliance predominantly to SFG20 standards and cleaning to meet rigorous healthcare infection control standards.
