description
In March 2005 DVLA entered into a 20 year PFI Agreement ("PA") with supplier Telereal Trillium ("TT") for the provision of facilities management ("FM") services, including Lifecycle Replacement for certain assets. TT manage most, but not all, of the assets across the DVLA estate to SFG20 standards. The PA is due to expire on 31 March 2025 and DVLA wish to have the condition of all assets assessed to ensure that, on that date, all of the assets that should be maintained within the terms of the PA are handed to DVLA in good working order.
