Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to develop and enhance the Operations Quality Management System. This is the system of processes and procedures, guidance notes, templates and forms that describes how our Operations business delivers its services in a timely, repeatable, efficient manner. The Consultant's work will support our business in establishing a more permanent arrangement with Highways England staff assuming central responsibility for the system by April 2020.
