| • | beds available from 5th December 2022 |
| • | geographically located within 10 miles of RG40 1BN |
| • | a mixture of General Nursing and Nursing Dementia beds |
| • | any people in the block beds at the end of the contract would remain in the home and transfer to a long term spot contract at the same rate, subject to inflation |
| • | possible admissions at short notice and over weekends without a full care assessment |
We welcome all expressions of interest from providers who have the capacity to offer a block of beds. Please complete the "Supplier Assessment Form" attached to this notice and return it to us through the Procontract messaging system by the deadline of 25th November 2022.
