This Scope describes the Facilities Management services required at The Engine House and Archive building, collectively referred to as 'the premises' in Swindon. By way of summary, HE requires the Contractor to always deliver the following:
ï· Buildings that are compliant, safe and secure
ï· Provide a single point of contact for all FM related faults, issues and requests for service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
ï· Ensure the effective operation of the critical plant in the Archive building to achieve strict environmental conditions.
ï· Well presented, clean, comfortable and fully functioning facilities for customers and visitors.
