The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group have awarded a contract for Direct Payment Support Services.
The main aim is to ensure users of services have greater choice and control over how their support is provided, with the support being both personalised and flexible. The key aims of this service are to promote the effectiveness of personal budget direct payments and to ensure that direct payment users in Kingston are able to use them to lead fulfilling lives as independently as possible.
The contract will commence on 01/04/2017 and will be for a period of 3 years, with an optional extension of upto 1 year plus a further 1 year, to be exercised at the Council's discretion.
