This procurement is to appoint additional consultancies to UCL's Consultancy Framework within the Building Surveying lot. Building Surveying lot scope includes Condition Surveys, Dilapidation surveys and negotiations, Design, Specification and Supervision of works, Party Wall and Rights to Light advice.

UCL's Consultancy Framework was established to support the delivery of UCL's programme of construction works, managed through its Estates Team. Other specialist skills will be procured by UCL as required. The Framework is intended to facilitate easy access and swift engagement of Consultant's, either by way of a mini competition, or directly, dependent upon the circumstances and project drivers. It should provide best value access to high quality professional services.

Note - For projects where the consultancy is the Lead Consultant, they shall take on the role of Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations unless specifically agreed otherwise.

To ensure the diversity of consultants appointed to UCL's Professional Services Framework, this opportunity is only open to organisations that are not currently appointed on any other lot of the UCL's Consultancy Framework.
