GB-Wolverhampton: Legal Services - Anti Social Behaviour

A suitably qualified and experienced Contractor is required for the provision of quality timely and appropriate legal services with regard to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). This also includes the provision of added value services such as briefings law updates and training.The scope of the service provided will be:•Considering and providing advice on alternative routes that are to be taken and the risks involved in pursuing (or not pursuing) legal action in formal court proceedings•Providing legal advice on Anti-Social Behaviour issues•Issuing proceedings•Attending first hearing and subsequent hearings, defended or undefended•Advising on related policies/procedures

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
