This Contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Council Wholly owned ALMO (Arms Length Management Organisation)
| The contract is designed to deliver: | |
| • | Asbestos Management Surveys to residential dwellings (tenanted and void) and non-domestic areas of communal blocks, garages, offices, laundries, community centres etc. |
| • | Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys to non-domestic areas within buildings and whole premises |
| • | Bulk sample analysis (both programmed and responsive in the event of an emergency) |
| • | Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys and targeted hybrid surveys |
| • | Reassurance air monitoring |
| • | 4 Stage Clearance air-monitoring and additional analytical support (i.e. background, leak, personal checks) |
| • | Management of asbestos data |
| • | 24/7 response for surveying, sampling, air monitoring and professional guidance |
| • | Support and advice when required to ensure Wolverhampton Homes (WH) remain compliant with their duties under the current legislation and guidance. |
