The project involves the replacement of two chiller units located within the external plant compound at the Central Annexe Building, together with the installation of a new buffer vessel to support the upgraded cooling system.

•Provision and installation of a temporary chiller unit to maintain building operations and cooling continuity during the replacement works. •Coordination with the separate chiller supplier, including delivery management and crane operations for installation.

•Temporary modifications to the existing steel plant enclosure to facilitate removal and installation of plant.

•Permanent structural modifications to the steel plant supports to accommodate and support the new chillers and buffer vessel. •Removal and upgrade of the associated electrical infrastructure.

•Reinstatement, recertification, and making good of all affected fire stopping and compartmentation measures.
