This tender is for the supply of seat covers and appropriate fixtures and fitting for the 96TS mid-life refurbishment, as described in the technical specification.
The total number of trains to refurbish is 63, consisting of 441 cars. There are nine different seat cover locations including central, left and right seat back covers, priority left and priority right seat back covers, long perch priority cover, short perch covers and a standard seat base cover and priority seat base cover.
