The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Commercial and Contract Management Directorate is entering the supply market on behalf of the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) to carry out a formal Restricted OJEU procurement exercise for the above project. This exercise is due to commence on Monday the 29th June 2015.

The headline requirement is for the supply, maintenance, support and training for portable rapid deployment mobile phone IMSI & IMEI detection systems, capable of capturing, recording and reporting mobile phone IMSI and IMEI numbers, pertinent usage and network data across all 2G- 3G & 4G mobile phone networks, within defined internal building areas.

The Authorities intentions are to initially purchase one or two complete systems dependant on funding availability and cost at the award of contract. The initial system purchases will be required to be delivered no later than Jan 2016.

The estimated value over the contract term is circa £400K - £1.2m
