The University of Sheffield wish to appoint a company to provide the print and fulfilment of the Alumni Magazine Package for a period of thirty three months (subject to satisfactory performance) and is estimated to commence in April 2018 running until December 2020 with the option to extend for a further one plus one years thereafter (33 months +12 months+12 months).
The Alumni Magazine Package consists of 1 magazine, 1 questionnaire/membership card, 1 return envelope, 1 insert and a carrier envelope. Two size and quality options are to be considered.
The services to be provided broadly cover:

| • | Print return envelope (1 for US and 1 for overseas) |
| • | Print delivery envelope |
| • | Print delivery envelope (USA) |
| • | Collate magazine and inserts dependant on specific segmentations |
| • | Distribute to all addressees in UK and some overseas (data provided by the University) |
