NECS is seeking a supplier or suppliers to provide the following 3 services.
Professional services:
| - | Manage the existing processes and document the NECS UiPath solution including production, development/test environments |
| - | Implement the UiPath components working with technical colleagues in NECS |
| - | Test and assure the robotics screening implementation activity |
| - | Test and assure the robot password management process |
| - | 40 days of additional, flexible support to make changes to the robot configuration, troubleshoot issues and support knowledge transfer to the NECS team. Only to be charged upon use |
| - | Project manage the delivery |
Ongoing support:
| - | On-going support and maintenance of the platform |
| - | Monitor the platform and robots providing NECS with advice on opportunities to enhance the solution |
| - | Provide a bank of at least 8 days consultancy support per month to be used flexibly by NECS. These should roll-over if unused (within reason) |
