Planning and Building Control System

Salford City Council is considering options around its Planning, Building Control and Gazetteer (LLPG) systems.

In preparation for this, it is the intention to hold some soft market testing (preliminary market consultations) workshops to review the current supply market. The same information will be gathered from all providers who wish to participate in the Soft Market testing.

We are looking for an innovative and flexible supplier who can deliver a market leading software solution with an intuitive User Interface (UI) which maximises user efficiency and provides an exemplary customer experience.

The purpose of this soft market test is to gain intelligence on the supply market including indicative budget, and is not a formal tender or a guarantee that a formal tender process will be undertaken but may lead to a business opportunity in the future.

Interested suppliers should complete the questionnaire and return it via The Chest by 5pm on Friday 10th September 2021.
