description
Ofcom is reviewing its internal processes and culture to ensure we are adopting the latest and best approaches to respond to rapid change and evolving challenges of regulating the communications sectors.
We have a requirement for a consultancy to (i) undertake a participative design process with a selected group of Ofcom colleagues to (ii) develop bespoke project processes and systems/tools (the 'Agile policy process and toolkit') that improve the responsiveness and efficiency of our policy development, embed Ofcom's new 'Agile' leadership behaviours and set the standard for how Ofcom runs policy projects in future. The delivered Agile policy project process and toolkit should be ready to form the basis of training for cohorts of mid-level leaders and project managers.
