Leicestershire Matters is delivered to every household in Leicestershire (280,000+ households) up to three times a year.
The initial requirement is to distribute up to six issues, but the Council reserves the right to extend the contract for up to a further three deliveries.
The initial period for the contract is between 1st February 2016 to 31st January 2018 and any further requirement will be in the period up to 31st January 2019.
