description
This is a market information exercise and may not necessarily lead to any future procurement process. In the event that it did proceed, it is not yet certain which procurement route would be followed. Suppliers will be neither advantaged nor disadvantaged by responding to the questionnaire.
Hampshire County Council is carrying out a market engagement exercise to benchmark the supply and management of the following bus lane enforcement services:
Section 1: Supply, installation and maintenance of bus lane enforcement cameras
Section 2: Provision of the back office IT software
Section 3: Provision of a service to review, approve and despatch PCNs to the registered vehicle owners and collection of payments.
Section 4: Provide and host a full enforcement service covering sections 1, 2 & 3.
Hampshire County Council is exploring different financial models of operating bus lane enforcement such as a combination of leasing equipment, cloud based IT solutions and the processing of offences. Registration and completion of this questionnaire does not constitute an expression of interest in any tender as it is not a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire(PQQ). Responses will not be used to evaluate your company, create a short-list or guarantee inclusion or exclusion in any resulting tender exercise. This exercise is to obtain feedback to inform any potential future tender process only, which will require further registration and appropriate assessment.
To participate, please register at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the on line questionnaire by 2pm on 16 July 2018.
The "Help" or 'Information for Suppliers" buttons on the portal provide detailed step by step guides but the questionnaire is accessed by:
- Logging into In-Tend (once registered)
- Selecting 'View Details' on the relevant advert
- Clicking the 'Express Interest' tab
- Following the on-screen instructions
- Please note, you are required to "opt in" to view, complete and submit the questionnaire
RESPONSES TO THIS PIN AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE VIA THE HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL IN-TEND PORTAL.
