The agency is looking to purchase an automated machine that can measure thrombin generation in plasma and platelet rich plasma using a fluorogenic substrate. We are under the impression that there is only one supplier which can provide this machine. Before we proceed further, I want to check, can you supply these items or equivalent?

If no submissions (by close of play 21 January 2018) of potential interest are received it is then intended to perform a direct award without competition to the sole supplier we believe can supply this machine.
