description
This project is commissioned by the Sentencing Council for England and Wales to support work being undertaken on the evaluation of guidelines. There are three strands of work included in this procurement and suppliers may bid for for one or more strands or all three. The three strands are:
Quantative data collection and analysis on drug offences in a sample of magistrates courts for a three month period (from mid September 2015);
Quantative data collection and analysis on theft offences in a sample of magistrates courts for a three month period (from mid September 2015);
Further quantative data collection and analysis on theft offences in a sample of magistrates courts and Crown Courts (timescales to be decided, likely to be from July 2016 for a three month period).
Additional information: The Ministry of Justice is performing this event through its eSourcing portal (https://esourcing.justice.gov.uk/sso/jsp/login.jsp). The eSourcing Portal is an online application that allows all potential suppliers to create and submit their responses to any Requests for Proposals via the internet rather than in paper form (where they have been invited to respond). Only proposals submitted via the e-Sourcing Portal will be accepted.
