- THE REQUIREMENT
To continue our journey to becoming a high performing organisation, CQC is looking to review and refresh its existing survey approach, content, and processes to ensure full alignment to our current organisational values, priorities and strategic direction.
Building on progress to date, the Contractor will work with us to help determine the best and most appropriate ways of harvesting employee opinion and feedback for us as an organisation, using innovative methods to measure engagement and drive follow up activity.
The Contractor should have a proven record of creative, effective and successful delivery of the requirements, ideally in a similar context.
The supplier will work with CQC, advise and where appropriate, lead on the:
| • | Review of our current approach and methodologies; |
| • | Review of current survey design and content; |
| • | Design of new survey content, including cognitive testing; |
| • | Management of survey processes including the set up and hosting of an online survey; |
| • | Technical testing of survey; |
| • | Collection and management of survey data, response monitoring; |
| • | Technical support for staff during field period; |
| • | Provision of survey results in a number of formats (e.g. scorecards); |
| • | Statistical analysis, including an engagement index; |
| • | Possible qualitative design, delivery and analysis; |
| • | External benchmarking; |
| • | Reporting tool (client portal); |
| • | Equality and Diversity results report; |
| • | Presentation of results to CQC’s Executive Team; |
| • | Action planning process design; |
| • | Possible pulse check; |
| • | Possible flexible workforce survey (requirements of and for are to be confirmed). |
The above is not an exhaustive list and other services may be required as part of the implementation of an employee survey.
Also additional services may be required as a result of, and informed by, a review of our existing approach (for example implementation of pulse surveys or a greater qualitative approach).
CQC would like to see examples of your reporting templates and range of analyses.
This contract is for an initial one year in length however the Authority reserves the right to extend the contract by one further year subject to agreement by both parties.
