RE04852 - FIRE RISK WORKS - RED TAPE / AVEC

The Works comprise the provision of fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors and fire barrier upgrades to the Red Tape / AVEC building, which is situated in the city centre of Sheffield. Completion of the works will ensure that the building is fully compliant with fire safety regulations and can continue to operate in its intended capacity. External works also include the construction of a new fire escape stairs and landing.

The Contractor shall also be responsible for the completion of the design for:

• oThe external fire escape steps/landing
• oThe ironmongery schedule
• oThe new Brown Street external fire escape door and frame (EDG01)
• oThe fire alarm system
• oThe final cable routing for electrical works
