| • | Sending personalised SMS messages to a patient which save instantly into the patient record; |
| • | Providing over 100 pre-written message templates and allows creation of custom templates; |
| • | Offering batch messaging functionality for patient campaigns / call and recall; |
| • | Providing appointment reminder text capabilities; |
| • | Allowing patients the ability to send photo messages and receive text responses; |
| • | Send documents via a hyperlink in SMS to patients; |
| • | Issuing patient questionnaires via SMS, with responses saving back to the patient record; |
| • | Video consultations through a unique link to a patient via SMS or email, from desktop or mobile. |
