Pay360 Integrated payment solution to handle customer payments and manage the income collected by the council. An integrated payment solution provides a number of customer-facing channels to enable the customer to make their payment as efficiently as possible and is underpinned by an Income Management database. This includes an automated/Interactive Touch \r Tone telephone service, an internet payments module and a front end for officers to process mail order/telephone and non-electronic payments.
