Torbay Council is running an expression of interest for a potential opportunity for their Family Hubs Website requirement with the intention of the website to be live by 01 April 2023. This expression of interest aims to identify the market capabilities and capacity for meeting the high-level specification and timeline for the go-live date.

In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the Tender Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal, at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk
