description

The overall aim of the project is to update and improve the common framework and guidance for understanding and measuring social value impacts across GB rail industry organisations, projects, and programmes. We aim to develop the framework into a tool that supports and enables wider uptake of consistent measuring, monitoring and reporting social impacts across the rail system.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
