description
Leeds Beckett University are seeking tenders for the provision of Emergency Lighting.
In order to update the University's standard, the Estates Services team are conducting an open tender exercise, to allow potential manufacturers to assess our requirements and submit systems for our consideration. Tenders must be produced by the manufacturer or directly nominated partner. Responses from third-party installers will not be considered. Further tender opportunities will be conducted where required in order to select an appropriate contractor to undertake the installation and commissioning of all projects.
The successful proposal shall be specified by Estates Services on all future emergency lighting upgrades where wire free, self or auto-test systems would be the preferred method for a period of 4 Years, subject to performance reviews of both system/product and warranty/support. The successful proposal shall be supplied, with agreement between Estates Services and the appointed manufacturer through a third party where required, to supply an Estates Services appointed electrical installation contractor to undertake the installation and commissioning of all projects.
