Colchester Borough Council wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare and present options to redesign an existing footbridge (the zig zag bridge), which crosses a rail line and links the University of Essex campus, university accommodations and the town centre.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
