description

Highways England's Social Research and Behaviour Change Team are seeking to commission expert research services to provide us with a better understanding how frustration, stress and aggression influences driver experiences and behaviour on the Strategic Road Network (SRN) and to use this to help us identify potential interventions we could deliver (alone or with partners) to minimise driver frustration, stress and aggression and related behaviours on the SRN. The delivery of these interventions is not part of this project.
