- A Local Plan viability assessment that meets the requirements of the NPPF. To ascertain the impact of policy on the viability of development proposals in the Local Plan.
- To assess the viability of Strategic Options for growth for the Harlow Area.
- A viability assessment to demonstrate that development being proposed, including the allocated strategic sites are viable.
- An assessment of the delivery and timescale for the strategic housing site and other large sites
- To provide recommendations on the appropriate level of affordable housing that will meet our assessed affordable housing need as set out in the latest Strategic Housing Market Assessment.
- An Economic Viability Assessment to inform what Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charge per square metre would be appropriate for different types of development across Harlow.
