GB-Poole: St Ann's Hospital, 1910 Wing Replacement of Main Plant

Replacement of the main boiler plant in 1910 Ward, St Ann's Hospital. To include extension of the concrete boiler base. Strip out of electrical services to the boilers and primary circulation pumps. Isolation, disconnection and removal of the three exising modular boilers. Removal of redundant concrete and cork pump base and redundant brickwork. Formation of a re-enforced concrete flue chamber. Installation of three Broag Remeha ECO 210–160 boilers with flues, gas and LPHW connections and condensate drain pipework. Installation of electrical services. Installation of drain pipework. Installation of load bearing scaffolding with hoist around the 18m chimney stack and dismantling of the complete chimney stack and making good of the building walls where the guy wire brackets are removed. Provision of detailed s fitted drawings and opeartion and maintenance manuals. Demonstration of tyhe new plant and services to the Trust's Estate Dept.
