Transport for London on behalf of the Greater London Authority has a requirement for consultancy support to assist with the Development of outcome measures and definitions for London's adult education budget Research and consultancy to support development of approach to outcome based commissioning - including design and development of outcome metrics, and provision of advice on design of payment model.
Procurement will be critical to development of City Hall's approach to transitioning the newly devolved £300m adult education budget to an outcome-based commissioning model.
