Quotation for an Event Partner to work alongside Sandwell Valley Country Park for the Christmas at the Valley Event

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council would like to invite a reputable and professional organisation to Sandwell Valley Country Park, West Bromwich during 2018 to be part of our Christmas event. Starting on Monday 3rd December and finishing on Sunday 23rd December inclusive. In addition to the Christmas event in 2018 Sandwell MBC are looking for the event partner to operate a Christmas event at Sandwell Valley for a further 4 years subject to a review process following the first event.

The successful applicant will provide a quality festive themed event which will enhance the Christmas at the Valley experience, which has been running for the last 2 years.

Quotations should include full submissions of proposed festive themes and attractions

Dates of set-up, break down, hours of opening are stipulated below and location within the complex will be negotiated with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.

Should it become necessary for the operator to vacate the site during the range of dates agreed, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council will give the operator a minimum of one weeks' notice to vacate the facilities.
