This is a transparency notice confirming that the Department for Transport has awarded a call-off contract for the provision of executive search agency services for the recruitment of a new Chair for High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. to Korn Ferry UK Limited against the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM6002 (Permanent Recruitment) Lot 6.

This contract was awarded via direct award on the basis of extreme urgency and in accordance with the facility of the framework. The urgency of the procurement exercise was brought about by the resignation of the current chair, which was unforeseeable by the contracting authority.
