Leicester City Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor for the following works: a single-storey extension of the existing building to create additional teaching space at Highfields Primary School, Leicester. Works include excavation and installation of new foundations, construction of new external and internal walls, pitched roof, and ground floor slab, installation of new windows and doors, suspended ceilings, flooring, decorations and associated mechanical and electrical works.
