The Masterplan is required to inform the potential for the future growth and development of the Hemswell Cliff Strategic Development Area. It must also inform and have regard to the emerging Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. The process needs to consider the potential options for both employment and residential growth, outline the associated key infrastructure/facilities/services requirements and develop a green space framework as the setting for this strategic development area.
