The council requires a Destination Management Plan for Cambridge (DMP) which will:
| • | provide the vision, objectives, direction and structure for Visit Cambridge and partners to manage the local visitor economy going forward; |
| • | meet all national requirements and supports the development of a broader partnership for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and demonstrates the value of the core asset (Cambridge); |
| • | propose a future sustainable funding structure to implement the vision. |
