Defra Opportunity for Evaluation of Property Flood Resilience Grant Scheme

Property Flood Resilience (PFR) is currently delivered through the PFR repair scheme, and Grant in Aid (GiA). The PFR elements of the GiA were informally evaluated at the end of 2013/14 and 2015/16. However, the PFR repair scheme has not been subject to an evaluation since its inception in 2013, leading to a knowledge gap as to its effectiveness. This project will evaluate how the PFR repair scheme's delivery process has worked and the impact this has had in areas affected by flooding. This evaluation will generate evidence to inform the delivery and targeting of the scheme.

Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available) You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
