description
The Council wishes to purchase a perpetrator programme to work with perpetrators and vulnerable families and those deemed at risk of becoming a perpetrator, which will deliver;
- Perpetrator programme which is evidenced based
- Work with the perpetrators and their families:
| I. | where children are placed at risk from the effects of domestic abuse |
| II. | where the perpetrators continue to live in the family home or who have considerable contact with the family |
| III. | as part of a whole family approach to domestic violence and abuse, parental mental health and parental substance misuse |
- Provide a service to those perceived to be at risk of becoming perpetrators to ensure access to early intervention/ prevention services
- Deliver group and 1-2-1 programmes
- Partnership Approach Working
