Newcastle City Learning would like to provide a creche facility and service to support learners in Westgate Community College. Newcastle City Learning is funded by the Skills Funding Agency and Education Agency and delivers adult learning opportunities. Newcastle City Learning is looking to set up a contract with one provider to register the room on the voluntary register with OFSTED and provide a crèche service for Westgate College, NE4 9LU. This service has been provided for a number of years by Footsteps to Ashfield, however we have now reached the financial thresholds and must go back out to tender
