description

Technical advice and traffic modelling input

National Highways requires technical advice and traffic modelling input to model a single operating regime (to be specified by National Highways) which will be the same and is expected to be modelled for 29 individual scheme locations (exact locations will be agreed with National Highways).

National Highways requires access to a suitably sized pool of technical resource to deliver the following by May 2024 - noting the deliverables will need to have been prepared, assured and accepted by the Client (and other parties as appropriate) by this date. This will require familiarity with National Highways Regional Traffic models and production of reports that can both capture the technical detail and translate into non-technical conclusions.
