description
The service will work in line with the Specification for Lot 1 of the Housing Related Support Flexible Purchasing System. The people supported by this service will be any household type, size and tenure. The service will typically be for people aged 18 and above who are at risk of becoming homeless. If the person is aged 18-25 and needs are more suited to a younger person's specialist service, the service should support access into the Young Persons Housing Related Support provision. If the person is a Council tenant, the service will engage with the Council's Tenancy Support Service to determine the best placed service to meet the individual's needs.
