description
PBL are looking to appoint a contractor for the replacement of the HVAC system, plant, controls and associated duct work for room 01/61 QC at PBL, Porton Down. The existing plant is over 15 years old and there have been a number of reliability issues. The system is to be designed to provide an operating temperature range of between 16°C and 25°C (+/-2°C). Using a single stage competitive process under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC).
