CITB wishes to procure research to support its programme of Employee Engagement from 2015 to 2018. It is anticipated that this research will take the following form, a full staff census survey every other year combined with other support work in the between census survey years:

| • | 2016 – CITB census employee satisfaction survey |
| • | 2017 – Support work |
| • | 2018 – CITB census employee satisfaction survey |
