About the Opportunity:

Great Malvern Station is a grade 2 listed building. JMS have been allocated the works of a full canopy refurbishment that will consist of the following sub contract packages;

• Scaffolding
• Painting
• M&E
• Roofing
• Steelwork roof to ticket office
• Auto glazed doors

The tender will be assessed on both a cost and non-cost basis using the following scoring criteria;
