The requirement is to undertake term servicing, maintenance, repairs and modifications to dry risers, smoke vents, fire extinguishers and fire alarms to properties owned, managed, leased or supported by Southampton City Council; to include associated electrical works, etc.

The proposed term of contract is for a period of 5 years from the date of award followed by a 3 year extension option and 2 x 12 months extensions (for a total contract period of 10 years maximum) at the sole discretion of the Council.
